Thorough Wildlife Inspection
Our certified wildlife technicians conduct a full property inspection to identify the species involved, locate entry points, and assess the extent of nesting or denning activity. We check attics, crawlspaces, soffits, chimneys, foundations, and exterior walls for signs of wildlife activity including droppings, tracks, damage, and nesting materials.
Customised Removal Plan
Based on the inspection, we design a humane removal and exclusion strategy tailored to the wildlife species and your property. Our plans include one-way exclusion doors, live trapping and relocation, and habitat modification to discourage return visits. All methods comply with Ontario wildlife regulations and the Pesticides Act.
Humane and Effective Removal
We install one-way doors and humane traps that allow wildlife to leave but prevent re-entry. After confirmed removal, all entry points are sealed using heavy-gauge mesh, caulking, and structural repairs to prevent future access. We handle the process from start to finish so you don't have to deal with wildlife directly.
Exclusion and Prevention
Following removal, we decontaminate affected areas, remove nesting materials and droppings, and treat for parasites. We also provide recommendations on property maintenance to reduce attractants — including securing garbage, trimming branches, and addressing drainage issues that create wildlife habitat near your home.
