Eastern grey squirrels are the most common species in Toronto. They enter attics through loose soffits, rotted fascia, and roof vents, chewing through insulation and electrical wiring. Professional removal plus exclusion is the only lasting solution.
Red squirrels are smaller and more aggressive than grey squirrels. They can fit through gaps as small as a dime and establish multiple entry points on a single property. Our team identifies and seals all access routes after removal.
Flying squirrels are nocturnal and often go undetected until the colony is well established. They contaminate attic insulation with urine and droppings and can introduce parasites including fleas and mites into the home.
After squirrel removal, we perform a full exclusion service — sealing all identified entry points with galvanised steel mesh, caulk, and hardware cloth to prevent re-entry. Exclusion is the only permanent solution.
We perform a full exterior inspection of the roofline, soffits, fascia, roof vents, and attic access points. We identify the squirrel species, locate all entry holes, and assess the extent of damage and nesting activity inside the attic.
We set live traps or one-way exclusion doors at active entry points. Trapped squirrels are relocated in accordance with Ontario wildlife regulations. We monitor the property until all activity has ceased.
